Salvatore Grillo, B.A., M.A., LL.B.

Mr. Grillo graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1982 and was called to the
Ontario Bar in 1984. Over the past twenty-three years, Mr. Grillo has established himself
as \a highly respected member of the legal profession and has gained the confidence of his
client’s as an aggressive litigator specializing in plaintiff personal injury law who achieves
great results for his clients.
Mr. Grillo has successfully pursued and negotiated claims in all areas of his personal
injury practice and has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario as well as the
Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Mr. Grillo is also a member of the Ontario
Bar Association and the Toronto Lawyers' Association.
Dimple Verma, B.A., LL.B.

Dimple graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2003 and was called to the Ontario
Bar in 2005. Since her call, she has practiced exclusively as a personal injury lawyer,
handling motor vehicle accident claims, accident benefits claims and slip and falls.
Dimple is highly committed to providing her clients with outstanding results. Dimple has
successfully conducted mediations, pre-hearings and has been actively involved
in arbitration proceedings with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and has
also appeared before the Superior Court of Justice.
Dimple is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association.
Sandra Zisckind, B.A., LL.B., LL.M.

Sandra is with the firm practicing exclusively in the area of Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation.
Sandra received her Bachelor of Arts degree from York University where she specialized in Political Science. She subsequently obtained
a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Western Ontario. In 2001, Sandra moved to Washington D.C. for a year where she obtained
her Master of Laws Degree from George Washington University while pursuing a legal internship with Senator John McCain. She was called to the Bar in 2003.
Prior to joining Grillo and Associates, Sandra worked in the area of Insurance Defence, representing insurance companies in motor vehicle accident,
slip and fall, property loss, fire and flood claims. Over the years, Sandra has gained substantial exposure to all areas of litigation practice including
conducting discoveries, motions, pre-trials, trials and private mediations. She has attended numerous trials as counsel and recently was successful in
prosecuting a chronic pain motor vehicle accident case where the result amounted to three times the defendant’s offer. Sandra also has significant experience
in Occupiers’ Liability Act claims representing persons injured in slip and fall incidents.
Patricia Sim

Patricia is an associate with the firm. Prior to joining Grillo and Associates, Patricia worked exclusively in insurance defence litigation, representing several major insurance companies in matters ranging from motor vehicle, property and casualty, property, occupiers' liability, coverage, and defamation. She articled at a large full service firm and further developed her advocacy skills at prominent insurance defence boutiques. At Grillo and Associates, Patricia is dedicated to using her extensive knowledge and experience to help her clients best advance their claims.
Patricia has a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Alberta and obtained her law degree from Queen's University. She was called to the Bar in 2002.
Daniela Cervini, B.A.(Hons), B.ED., LL.B.
Daniela Cervini graduated from the University of Western Ontario Law School in 2007 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008. Prior to attending Law School, Daniela attended York University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree as well as a Bachelor of Education.
Since being called to the Bar, Daniela has practiced exclusively as a litigator, and she now practices exclusively in the area of Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation.
Daniela is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association.
Randy Kramer, LL.B. B.C.L.

Randy thrives on his role as a lawyer dedicated to fighting for the rights of injured individuals. He could not imagine a more enjoyable way to practice law. Randy graduated with great distinction from the McGill University Faculty of Law. He is a member of the Bars of both Ontario and Quebec.

Joseph Howlett, LL.B.

Rita Roy, B.A.(Hons), LL.B.

Rita graduated from the University of Ottawa law school in 2004 and was called to the Bar in 2005. She now practices exclusively in plaintiff side personal injury law. Rita previously worked as a litigation research lawyer involving class action disputes at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, and has also worked in both immigration and family law.
Rita has a strong commitment to community as shown by her many volunteer activities for various pro bono legal clinics within the GTA and for the NGO, Street Kids International. Rita is also a current Vice Chair for the American Bar Association's, India Committee where she is actively involved.
